MECULS provides leadership coaching, executive development, personality profiling, wellness counselling, meditation instruction, executive search, and the Ikshu CV Portal – a recruitment portal for individuals and organisations to connect with each other and present capability authentically.
You may use meculs.com and the Ikshu CV Portal for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, with or without prior notice.
MECULS offers both online and in-person services including but not limited to: leadership coaching, 360° PULSE RATE™ assessments, executive coaching, organisational consulting, Zero State Meditation instruction, mind wellness counselling, children’s development programmes, and the Ikshu CV Portal.
All services are provided subject to: (a) availability, (b) suitability as assessed by Rajneesh Jain, and (c) mutual agreement on scope and terms prior to commencement. MECULS reserves the right to decline to provide services at its sole discretion.
MECULS does not offer medical diagnosis, psychiatric treatment, or emergency mental health services. If you are in crisis or require urgent mental health support, please contact an appropriate medical professional or emergency service.
Fees for paid MECULS services (coaching, counselling, executive search, and other engagements outside the CV Portal) are agreed upon individually prior to commencement. Payment is accepted via Razorpay, PayUBiz, PayPal, Credit Card, and UPI.
All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed in writing. Applicable taxes (including GST where required by law) are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.
The Ikshu CV Portal is currently a free service. No payment is collected at registration or for the connection service, public profile feature, or industry pulse updates. If we introduce paid CV Portal features in the future (such as tailored CV drafting or career counselling), pricing will be displayed clearly before any transaction, and your explicit consent will be obtained before any payment is taken.
Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details on cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for paid services. Note that the Ikshu CV Portal is currently free; the refund policy applies to coaching, counselling, executive search, and other paid MECULS services.
MECULS maintains complete confidentiality with respect to all information shared during coaching, counselling, and meditation sessions. Details of client engagements will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.
For the Ikshu CV Portal specifically, confidentiality is governed by the consents you grant during registration. See Section 8 below and our Privacy Policy for full details.
Clients are also asked to maintain confidentiality with respect to any proprietary frameworks, methodologies, or session content shared by MECULS – including Momentum Architecture™, 360° PULSE RATE™, and Zero State Meditation – which remain the exclusive intellectual property of MECULS.
All content on meculs.com – including text, frameworks, methodology names, graphics, design, and the Ikshu CV Portal interface – is the intellectual property of MECULS / Rajneesh Jain. The following are registered trademarks or proprietary names of MECULS:
No content from this website may be reproduced, distributed, or adapted without prior written permission from MECULS.
You retain ownership of the personal information and CV content you contribute to the Ikshu CV Portal. By using the Portal, you grant MECULS a limited, non-exclusive licence to display, store, and process this content for the purpose of providing the service to you, subject to the consents you have granted.
The Ikshu CV Portal is a free recruitment portal that allows registered users to build a professional profile, receive a public profile link, and (with consent) be connected with other professionals. It is operated as a sub-service of MECULS and is governed by these Terms together with our Privacy Policy.
To register for the Ikshu CV Portal, you must:
MECULS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where information is materially inaccurate, fraudulent, or where the user has violated these Terms.
If you grant the “email-share consent” during or after registration, MECULS may share your email address with up to 10 other registered professionals from our network – up to 5 at a similar professional level to you, and up to 5 at a level senior to you.
The connection service is a goodwill exchange, not a guarantee. Specifically:
We reserve the right to decline to make any particular introduction at our sole discretion, and to limit the connection service if it is being used in a manner inconsistent with its intent.
Once your Ikshu CV Portal profile is reasonably complete, you receive a public profile URL of the form meculs.com/p/your-name. This URL displays the information you have marked as “public” on your profile.
By using the public profile feature, you agree:
MECULS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to take down any public profile that violates these Terms, or to require corrections, with reasonable notice to you. Account suspension or termination may follow repeated violations.
If you grant the relevant consents during registration, MECULS may email you:
You may unsubscribe from either or both at any time, via the unsubscribe link in any such email or by emailing the Grievance Officer.
The following services are not currently available, but may be introduced in the future as paid CV Portal services:
If and when these services are introduced, pricing will be displayed clearly before any transaction, your explicit consent will be obtained for each purchase, and the Refund Policy will be updated to specify the cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms applicable to those services.
You may delete your Ikshu CV Portal account at any time by contacting the Grievance Officer or, where available, via your account settings. Account deletion processing follows the timelines stated in the Privacy Policy, Section 9.
MECULS may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are inactive for 24 months or longer, or are flagged for fraud, impersonation, or abuse. Where possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure before termination.
MECULS services are provided in good faith and with professional care. However, outcomes depend on the client’s own commitment and engagement. MECULS does not guarantee specific results from coaching, counselling, meditation, the connection service, or any other service.
meculs.com and the Ikshu CV Portal are provided “as is” and “as available.” MECULS makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, fitness for purpose, or uninterrupted availability of any website content or service. We do not warrant that the website or Portal will be free of errors, security incidents, or service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MECULS and Rajneesh Jain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of meculs.com, the Ikshu CV Portal, or any MECULS service.
For paid services, our total liability to any client shall not exceed the amount paid by that client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. For free services (including the current Ikshu CV Portal), our liability shall not exceed INR 1,000 per user.
Specifically, MECULS shall not be liable for any outcome arising from the use of CVs or profiles created through the Ikshu CV Portal, from introductions made under the connection service, or from any decision a third party may take based on information you have shared via your public profile.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. Any disputes arising from these Terms or from use of MECULS services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
MECULS may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Ikshu CV Portal users by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of meculs.com or the Ikshu CV Portal after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
