Shipping, Delivery & Exchange Policy

1. What we deliver

All MECULS offerings are professional services delivered by Rajneesh Jain and MECULS, Delhi, India: individual coaching and counselling sessions, group workshops, corporate programmes, personality profiling, the 360° PULSE RATE™ assessment, and related consulting.

2. How and when services are delivered

• Online sessions: held by phone call or video call, whichever you are comfortable with, and always with respect for your privacy. Any joining link is sent to the email address you gave at booking, together with the date and time.
• In-person sessions: held in Delhi or at another venue agreed in writing before the session.
• Booking confirmation: sent to your email as soon as your booking or payment is received, and always before your session, even if you book for the next day. If you have not received it, check your spam folder and contact us straight away.
• Reports and resources: assessment reports, worksheets and other materials are delivered digitally (usually as a PDF) by email, after the relevant session or assessment is complete.

3. Shipping charges

There are no shipping or delivery charges, because there is nothing to ship. The price shown for a service at the point of booking is the price you pay, plus any taxes stated at that time.

4. Exchange and rescheduling

As services cannot be physically exchanged, the equivalent for MECULS is rescheduling. Sessions can be rescheduled under the notice rules in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. A session that has already been delivered cannot be exchanged.

5. If you do not receive a link, report or access

If you have paid but have not received your joining link, report or resource, or if a technical problem stops you from opening it, write to Jain.Rajneesh@meculs.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 99112 20922. We will resolve it, or re-send it, promptly. Where a service could not be delivered because of a fault on our side, a refund is handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
