इ is a beej mantra – a seed sound, the first vibration from which a thing begins. इक्षु means sugarcane: real plant, drawn from earth, holding sweetness that nourishes rather than rots the body. The same word, in older Sanskrit usage, also carries the sense of seeing clearly – perception that sees through to what is actually there.
That is what this portal was named after. Not the processed, sweetened version of you that performs on a job board. The real plant. The capability you already carry, set down clearly, so the people who matter can see what is actually there.
